Success is not about lack of skills, resources, or intellect but rather a lack of awareness and the inability (or failure) to develop a mindset for success. "Success is 90% dependent on our mindset."1
If we have no awareness of this, achieving our goals becomes a process which drains our energy, our creativity, and ultimately erodes achievement. Thus, what we see then are emotional and behavioral choices that block our success. Success is undoubtedly a mindset. This mindset is much deeper and more impactful than stated intentions. Yes, intentions identify direction and direction becomes focus and focus identifies goals. However, the underlying power source of our mindset determines the desired outcome we vehemently seek.
